I am from Seattle, WA and recently came to Hong Kong to convert my F visa to a working visa. I am currently working in Changsha, China. I came upon this property via booking.com. While I would have loved to have spent more time here, this was a two day trip for visa purposes only and as things often do, when trying to coordinate a trip from China to ... anywhere with a person (me) that speaks no Mandarin or Cantonese, things can be a little ambiguous at best. From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely helpful. Particularly with regard to the best options for currency conversion, to facilitating currency conversions, to troubleshooting wifi connection, to answering ridiculous questions like "why can I not turn off the light in the closet... I swear I did not turn it on.." ANSWER: "Miss, just close the door... it will turn off then". I arrived late... really late, I blame the question on "train lag"... do not judge people! ha! I had to print numerous documents and while there is not a business center as such, there are two computers with printers in the lobby that are available to use for a nominal fee. I could go on... because I have some other "train lag" stories but in a nutshell, all the staff members that I have come into contact with have been exceedingly gracious and kind. The property itself is located very close to the metro which made above mentioned visa conversion travel time much less annoying. God Bless cabs when going long distances but the metro is faster and cheaper so this a bonus for anyone trying to move around quickly. The room was, for the most part immaculate.

The staff where great!!! The hotel is in a great location for shopping, waterfront, and restaurants....Very clean, comfortable and an overall great hotel. No complaints!

me and my friends had our wonderful vacation in hongkong and we surely enjoyed our stay in Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Their staff are courteous and very accommodating. They surely know how to make their guest comfortable and always willing to help their customers. kudos for you and keep up the good work.

The size of the room and location of the hotel. Additionally, there are many room types which we can choose to suit our requirement (with a reasonable price). We stayed in Family room type (1 king bed and 1 double bed). It was perfect and made our family stay very confortable (2 adults and 2 kids at age of 5 and 3). Hotel staff are great. Definitely, we will return again next time we visit Hongkong or even consider Holiday Inn chain in other countries.
